Meet The Team!

We’re Rachel and Cassie, and we co own The Pole Nook! We started our pole journeys separately in 2017 and met in a beginners class later that year. Continuing our pole journeys together we both fell in love with how pole dancing made us feel and started a routine of pole classes then pub visits to watch our pole videos over a pint. After 5 years of pole, 2 performances together and matching tattoos we wanted to take our love for pole to a new level and share it in a space of our own.
Now, our team has grown to 9 people and we can't wait for you to learn more about us and meet our instructors who will be there to support you on your pole journey at The Pole Nook.
