If you need to cancel a private class we require 24hours notice for you to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your class you will still be charged.
Private class packs are only refundable in the first 7 days after initial purchase, any classes used in this time will not be refunded. If you do not use all your classes from your pack you will no longer be entitled to them once the package has expired.Our pole courses are non refundable/transferable.
For photo shoots deposits are non refundable, however you will be refunded for the rest of the amount (if paid) if you cancel up to 1 week before and you are welcome to rearrange the date of your session free of charge. If you cancel the week before the shoot you will unfortunately lose your space and have to rebook.
This also applies to mini shoots where the payment is upfront. The deposit amount is £50.00 and is non refundable.
We are human and understand that sometimes cancellations can’t be helped, in the event of extenuating circumstances we ask that you contact us directly and we will do our best to rearrange your booking and accommodate you.

If you are late to a class or shoot you are entitled to the time remaining of your session, however we will not run over the agreed slot or refund any payment. Please inform us if you are running late so that we know what time to expect you. If you do not show for a class you will still be charged the full class price, if you fail to attend a photo shoot your deposit will be taken and you will not be able to rearrange without paying another deposit.
We’re not monsters and understand sometimes things don’t go to plan but please be transparent with us and in certain circumstances exceptions may be made.

Our equality policy is simple, EVERYONE is welcome.
We will not discriminate because of religion, ethnicity, age, disability, race, gender or sexual orientation. Anyone that does so will not be welcome in our studio. Our studio is a safe space for everyone and we have the right to ask you to leave or stop you making future bookings if you are in breech of our equality policy. Abusive language or actions of any sort will not be tolerated.
We ask you to come to us directly if you are having any issues or feeling uncomfortable and we will make sure to take the correct steps to rectify any problems.
